Donna Kreher, PhD (she/her)
Founder and Director

Clinical Psychologist & Professional Coach
Dr. Kreher is a licensed psychologist with over 15 years of clinical experience. Her career has centered on addressing the unmet needs of individuals living with chronic pain through clinical work, leadership, scholarship, and teaching. She is an adjunct faculty member at the University of Rochester Medical Center, where she maintains close collaborative relationships with referring providers and numerous clinical training programs. In addition to her role as Founder and Clinical Director at Rezenity Health, she maintains an active clinical practice. Her style is warm, collaborative, compassionate, and solution-focused.

Melinda Putrelo, LCSW (she/her)

Mindy Putrelo is a licensed clinical social worker with over a decade of experience in mental health and substance use. She has served in lead therapist and supervisory roles, maintains close connections with local social work training programs, and provides clinical supervision at Rezenity Health. Jon Dewhirst, LMSW (he/him)
Mental Health Clinician & Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapist
Jon Dewhirst is a licensed master social worker with advanced training in Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP). Specialties: Trauma Depression Men's health Relationship challenges (individual, not couples work) Sleep issues Trans/gender expansive Obsessive-compulsive symptoms Approach: Jon utilizes a variety of cognitive behavioral, dialectical behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and somatic experiencing approaches in his work. His style is relational and warm, centered on meaningful therapeutic relationships with his patients.

Jessica Karim, LMSW (she/her)
Mental Health Clinician
Jessica Karim is a licensed master social worker who identifies as a South Asian, brown, first generation, disabled woman of color, and draws on her multiple intersecting identities to support marginalized individuals in therapy. Specialties: Chronic illness Disability People of color Trauma Disordered eating patterns Approach: Jessica utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and psychodynamic techniques. Her style is humorous, warm, open and collaborative, and she believes that no one knows you better than you know yourself.


Hannah Leach, LMSW & CASAC (she/her)
Mental Health Clinician
Hannah is a Licensed Master Social Worker and Certified Alcohol and Substance Abuse Counselor with a diverse background in grassroots outreach, community mental health and substance use disorder treatment. She has worked with individuals at all stages of their healing journey, always with a focus on dignity, authenticity, and empowerment. Specialties: Adolescent/Young adult Life transitions LGBTQ+, queer, transgender, non-binary and gender nonconforming folks Substance use issues Intimate partner violence Anxiety, depression, PTSD Approach: Hannah believes that every person is the expert of their own experience and practices from a cultural humility framework. She helps individuals navigate complex emotional experiences with compassion and clarity, and is passionate about integrating mind-body approaches to healing. She incorporates a variety of evidence-based strategies into her work including CBT, DBT, ACT, REBT, person-centered, and solution-focused interventions.

Carrie Principe, LMSW (she/her)
Mental Health Clinician
Carrie Principe is a Licensed Master Social Worker with a passion for helping individuals recover, rebuild, and thrive beyond their difficult experiences. She is a lifelong creative, and her professional experience includes graphic design, freelance quilting, and textile art in addition to mental health. Specialties: Sexual health Relationships Creative self-expression Intimate partner violence Breaking generational trauma cycles LGBTQIA+ Women's health Adolescent mental health Carrie approaches her work through a gentle, trauma-informed lens. She is especially skilled at integrating evidence-based approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) with creative expression, providing flexibility in healing from trauma.

Jordan Kocon, PhD (he/him)
Postdoctoral Fellow
Dr. Kocon is a bilingual (English/Spanish) psychologist completing an advanced fellowship at Rezenity Health. He is dedicated to providing culturally responsive therapy, drawing from extensive experiences in academic, hospital, and community settings. Dr. Kocon has worked with individuals across the developmental lifespan facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, and trauma along with chronic pain. He also brings experience in adapting evidence-based approaches, leveraging individual passions and hobbies (e.g., geek culture) in the therapeutic process.
