Do you accept insurance?

Yes! We offer both self-pay and insurance options for psychotherapy services. In New York, we are in-network with: Excellus Blue Cross/BlueShield Aetna United MVP Medicare Medicaid In Connecticut, we are an out-of-network provider for psychotherapy services. Many plans offer 80% or higher reimbursement for out-of-network expenses. We will provide a monthly superbill for you to submit for reimbursement. Other services are not generally covered by insurance. You may opt to use an HSA for payment if your plan allows you to do so. We offer needs-based discounts for self-pay services. Please call or submit a request to learn more about pricing.

Will you talk with my other doctors?

If you give us permission, our clinicians will collaborate with other professionals involved in your care in order to ensure we are all working as a team. We will never share information without your consent, and we always use the "minimum necessary" standard when sharing treatment information.

Do you offer appointments outside of regular business hours?

We recognize that making time for appointments can be challenging. Our clinicians have availability to meet your needs with early morning, lunchtime and evening appointments throughout the week. We do not offer weekend appointments at this time.
