Customer Care Associate

Working directly with our Practice Manager, the Customer Care Associate will be responsible for front-line operations. In addition to serving as the primary point of contact for our patients, the Customer Care Associate will provide general administrative support to the practice.

​

Responsibilities:

  • With guidance from the Practice Manager, coordinate all aspects of the incoming referral process and new patient onboarding

  • Manage incoming phone calls, patient portal messages, and business SMS

  • Assist in care navigation including outgoing referrals, records requests, and community resources

  • Assist in management of clinician schedules

  • Assist in data entry to ensure timely billing and collections

  • Assist in maintaining and organizing office supply inventory

  • Assist in distributing incoming and outgoing mail

  • Other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree

  • Previous experience in a customer service and/or front-end administrative role required

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Knowledge of Office 365 and strong computer literacy skills

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Detail-oriented, efficient, with good ability to prioritize tasks

  • Experience with insurance/finance preferred but not required

 

Pay: starting at $23/hour
